Me and my friend ran over 1000 meters worth of track on Friday in 30 minutes. We both knocked out on Friday after school because of how bad our legs hurt. My legs STILL hurt, and I took 2 Aleve and Panadol and they still didn't do ANYTHING. Idk what to do- Help TvT
