      i don't have a back routine anyways here is my workout routine
      5 minute plank
      5 sets of up and down plank
      10 sets of sits up
      10 sets of Russian twist
      10 sets of leg rises

      if it ain't xo then it gotta go

        I do not Have a back routine but,
        100 burpees
        1min crunch
        1min toe touches
        1min reverse cruch
        100 jumping jacks
        25 pushups
        50 jump squats
        50 squats
        some fun cardio to a song to top it all off

        THEY/THEM get it right the first time
