@taytayy 90% sure they do not have pneumonia or bronchitis. many different sicknesses have those exact symptoms. im pretty sure theyll be fine after taking ibuprofen, some cough drops, and maybe some cough medicine with some rest

im just going to say this to be honest it might just be a sinus infection the reason why is that clearing throat and need to cough mostly because their drainage back of the throat why you are wanting to cough and another thing is that headache and chest pain probably might all just be from a sinus infection or allergies do recommend using a nasal spray

@SuperEnrique if It's not allergies their is a good chance it could be bronchitis the most common symptoms of having bronchitis is chest pain , headache , and coughing .
