@Raven No, I noticed it before I was handed the promotion. I thought that was just how flagging worked until I was told it isn't.

I cannot flag anything, I'll click on the flag button and the system recognises i've clicked it and nothing pops up no loading, nothing. Is this common with other switch users? or is it just me?

It likely involves the permissions for the forum services group. When we create special groups like that and things like the moderator group with special permissions it's always likely that we disabled something accidentally. I can't manage group permissions so I can't confirm if this is the issue or not.
I will test it on my Switch to see if reporting is bugged for Switch users. If it is I will take it up to the admins to see if they can fix the issue.
