I ended up getting ONE water droplet on my touchscreen on my 3ds and the touchscreen is now completely inresponsive, is there any way to fix it?

ive been searching for my 'olaf's quest' game on my dsi for 9 years. same as my 'shrek's carnival craze party games' game. without them, the dsi is useless to me
