Pretty sure you can unless you're lazy.
All you have to do is type the topic link, which you can find by clicking the "- Information" option.
You don't even have to type the full thing, just the numbers related to the topic and the first letter of the topic.
for example

Yeah this idea is pretty decent. It would be nice for us to have more resources for those that don't have access to these things
