duplication glitch in messages

this has been an issue for a while now, and i feel like due to this giltch users might get wrongly accused of spam in things like public chats and in private dms it can be kinda annoying.

@Raven my switch gets loading errors every few minutes a lot of the time and/or it freezes up so i do have a habit of trying to get a message tosend by just clicking the button a lot, but i think it happens otherwise sometimes
