I hate how infantilized neurodiversity has become on platforms or turned into completely into stereotypes and completely silly I know that theres more access and doctors are starting to understand autism better now so now people are finding it a bit easier to get dianogsed now but its almost like a trend now like how people it was that all autisc people are obessed with sharks on tiktok at one point when its not silly all time of course I'm not saying its bad to make jokes about being silly sometimes or even saying its bad to joke about hyperfixations/special interests and like collections shoutout to autistic people with really cool collections of things they love and autistic content creators its just annoying to hear some people treat it as this silly thing or even downright baby autistic adults or act as if theyre not serious

-
@flutterfluff 2020 sucked for Autistic people... as someone that tried to say they are really autistic, but blamed for faking 'cuz "everyone does it".
@soleil I hated those stupid nonverbal emojis there was a really funny ulgy one I still quote "autism activated

If everyone with hyperfixations is autistic, I'm autistic.

If everyone with hyperfixations is autistic, I'm autistic.
@marnonswitch2011 I wasn't saying that at all Its just one common trait that people post about often when they say theyre autistic theres other factors as well

@flutterfluff My point was that people who portray autism, and hyperfixations like that were wrong, I was not disagreeing in any way with you.

@marnonswitch2011 ohhhhh I couldn't understand your message at first but I understand now- yupp

As someone that is on the autism spectrum. I agree with this
-
@Nared omg... Nared replied to my post its an honor to have you agree..
-
even though i don't have autism it kinda pmo how some people genuinely turn it into a stereotype and make it seem like a silly thing when it's really not. unfortunately i met many people who think that and i don't really need to have it to know IT'S TOTALLY WRONG
