Skin Picking
-
For context, I've been a mild skin picker almost my whole life, and I haven't thought anything much of it until just recently. As of late I became more aware of my habitual picking, especially in my facial area. I found out that it has a medical name of dermatillomania, though I don't think that I'm bad enough to be considered a dermatillomaniac. I say this because I never really have major facial lesions or marks, mostly because I only really pick at dead skin, scabs and pimples. It is still a concern of mine though. Does anyone have any tips or advice concerning the above mentioned information?

I personally don't have advice myself because I do the same thing. But I HAVE heard pickypads help its pretty much hotglue with beads inside you can either buy them or make them at home !! (you just pick the beads out to recreate that satisfying feeling of picking) and technically they're re-usable bc you can just melt the glue back down and put the beads back
