that you have to have a certian amount of reputation to add description / banner, I spent like 20 minutes tryna figure it out until someone told me, I dont know if this is already stated anywhere but I couldnt find it

@expiredbug me and Raven are currently working on a User guide to fix some of these issues, hopefully it clears up the confusion
