the shout box is visible for verified users .. a verified user is one that submitted a valid email address and followed the verification process....

Also its probably best im not entering my email i dont like to use my email on websites so im just not gonna enter it

On the plus side, im not gonna get in trouble for shit that happens in the shoutbox

So theres the good side

Bad side, i cant publically chat

But whatever, at least i wont be at risk of ban bc of stuff in the shoutbox :)
