is it normal to be completely oblivious to the details of your own life?

Ok, so I always hear people talking about how good or bad their lives are, and they give reasons, and they make sense, like, someone has horrible parents, they never can leave the house without a day's notice, or they have a really good job, they're in high school and get paid $500 a week. But, I can't put my own life in perspective. How well does my job pay? Couldn't tell you, I don't have a job. How are my grades? I don't know, I haven't checked them in two months. Are my parents nice? How should I know, I have nothing to compare them to. I can't evaluate my own life, because nothing is going on. Is this a problem with my airheaded ass? Or do I just need to get out more?

@saphirecrown1 I mean that's okay not everyone knows what goals they want to achieve in life I think maybe you should figure that out I would say you seem to live a normal life even if you aren't certain on it

@bunnykek well id say i live a normal life as well, im more scared that i dont know the answer to your first question. i mean theres nothing exactly bad about my life, but i can't think of anything specifically good either
