you can also have fanart of said persona, twitch emotes (there will be a program for custom emotes soon!), badges, and maybe fan traditions
you can join a company BUT beware... some companies are terrible! i recommend not joining nijisanji (EN) at all, the management is terrible there. they protect a harasser and a former member suffered mental stress from there to put it lightly. may have to be 18+ tho but some talent agencies allow minors (have to follow child labor laws in their area)
