its not horror but its.. strange enough to be one! its completely in french and it's called "the city of the lost children" and its about a guy trying to steal kids dreams to become a kid again :3

to be honest i haven't watched the movie in a while so bear with me but i think it was horror

nonverbal autistic kid [ i think ] uses phones to communicate n stuff but this monster started communicating through the phone and makes friends cuz they both lonely then came out of the phone and i forget why

i really dont remember it much but i liked it back when i watched it
