So how do you receive notifications from bdns when you get a message

my bf uses his phone and his email is connected to his dns account so he gets notifs from gmail saying he got a message on dns

is your account connected to your phones gmail? (i forgot it you need to be connected to gmail to make an account automatically)
you can check in your bio in settings i think
also are your notifs for gmail on?
