my friend was talking about he was seeing a spinning cloud or funnel... youll see it spinning clockwise

Or if u look at a weather casting network youll see the storm. if theres a pinkish color thats a super cell. a super cell is a 50/50 thatll form a tornado. if it does form itll be a funnel cloud. when it touches down its a tornado
