textem.net is a texting service that can run on switch, but from what i've heard it no longer works, I used to use it to text someone with a verizon phone service in 2025, but from everyone else i've heard who's used it I hear it doesn't work, my only guess is some mobile carriers detect it as spam and it doesn't send but some mobile carriers will send it through ok or maybe the site no longer works. idk @Dreami but if you need to text someone it's worth a try
