Culinary School

So I have been researching culinary schools one, I found through CTE programs my school. They wont be held at my high school because they dont have it but they do bus people im so grateful they offer them, programs like this offer people a lot more or an idea of who they want to be such as cooking the only downsides to this is that it gets in the way of my English classes im taking I want to start taking duel classes when im older but i dont know how they work fully yet and i dont know if they would interfere with it because they have too take you out mid day maybe im thinking about this the wrong way or im missing something. Wish me luck!!
