VENT ABT LIL SIBLING NOT LISTENING!! pls help

soo basically, i live w/ my papa, mimi, and aunt and lil cousin. (long story, explaination if wanted) and today is the day me and my cousin do trash. and she wasnt doing her side of the chore. i obv got mad at her and i tell her she needs to do her chore. she finally goes to do the chore but she says "can u at least help me?" and i told her no bc i already do most of the chore. and she is not listening. so i yell at her, REPEATEDLY, to do her damn chore. she finally goes to do it but then again wants me to do her half of the chore. mind u she is 8 and knows damn wel im not the one to mess w/ . so then my papa gets mad bc im yelling and we get into an argument abt him and my mimi not parenting my lil cousin.
i have a lot of drama in my family and my aunt is hella bi polar so idk how she will react to this. im tired of getting in trouble bc of my cousin.
i kinda js want some outsider help. :p -

there's not really enough details for anyone to actually give any helpful advice (if they do i really wouldn't listen to them at all too much confidence lol).
what do you think you can/will do? then people can probably give more helpful advice based on that specifically
