Keep Going (That's An Order)

Look at all the little things,
smell the flowers,
look at the bugs crawling around.
Go outside and take deep breaths of the air,
no matter the temperature.
Don't ask yourself “Am I worth it?”
ask yourself, “Do I want it?”Life is full of the little things,
things that remind you of your friends,
your chosen family,
the ones you love most.They will always deserve you,
no matter what you think of yourself.
After every single thunderstorm,
the sun always manages to peek through.We all wake up and decide to live.
No matter what, we all go to bed and wake when we want to.
We continue no matter what we think of ourselves.Be soft.
Don't let all the self hate and other people make you think there's no good left.
Look at the trees,
look at the butterflies,
listen to the birds chirp after a rain,
smell the lilacs and roses.
Life is always worth the little things.
Everything else keeps going
no matter what.Why shouldn't you continue?
Why shouldn't you take another breath,
Why shouldn't your heart beat once more?
Take another breath.
Feel the air fill your lungs.
You're alive.
You'll always be.I love you.

I needed to hear this. I've not been doing so well. My mother needs to go into surgery in 5 days and im scared. its amplifying my depression. Thank you a lot
