We all wake up and decide to live.
No matter what, we all go to bed and wake when we want to.
We continue no matter what we think of ourselves.

Be soft.
Don't let all the self hate and other people make you think there's no good left.
Look at the trees,

listen to the birds chirp after a rain,
smell the lilacs and roses.
