depression something hard to struggle with on basis because a person could be going through something not say anything usually the way your feeling or having low self esteem not wanna to do anything but always do talk someone no matter what

Lots of things can qualify, such as a consistent low mood, loss of interest in activities you normally like to take a part in, constant tiredness, and also unable to do daily tasks like brushing your teeth and showering
