Just to clear up some of your questions, you have to be approved by staff no matter what reputation you are. We are currently looking for starter moderators in other timezones so it would be quicker to assist you with things like such.

In the future this post approval thing may be taken away if y'all continue to do well with it. If you feel like it should be taken away, just ask a administrator and give them good reasoning.
