anyways you should just be respectful the usual stuff like don't post negative comments, no bypassing, respect the mods that kinda stuff. Oh, and definitely no spamming GIFs and messages in shoutbox.

perma bans are mainly for larger infractions such as cyberbulling,trolling,insulting other users or the mod staff,doing illegal stuff on this site,etc
