Profile Picture: Click your profile picture located at the top right and click edit profile, since you're on Switch if you want to add a profile picture, click your profile picture that is displayed infront of your banner and tap Upload from URL, then click image search! You can look for an image but if you prefer another one please let one of us know.
Other Stuff: As far as your about me or signature, you can edit that in the edit profile section.

@adriel you can't. I had to find this out the hard way, but last time I checked (January or so), if you have less than 0 reputation, you can't edit or change your pfp, banner, or bio. You also can't send messages in the public chats like shoutbox. So until you get to 0 or above reputation you can't edit your profile.(this is from my experience, but the website was updated a couple of weeks ago so I don't know if It's still like that)
