@Rain-Traffic switchbru partially fixed this by memorizing your public ip address and logging you in based off of that, public ip addresses change every day on switch, so it only works for one day

@Rain-Traffic which is why you need to be a staff member or have really high rep to be able to downvote someone, and like pwsincd said, it's a niche case and you can tell a staff member if that happens so that they can fix it

the entire thing about downvotes and upvotes is that they affect reputation.
if you want to show that you don't like a post without lowering the users reputation or can't use downvotes, just react with a thumbs down emoji to the post.

@HenryLeeFN doesn't have a desktop, you can only buy from the preinstalled store, all of the games that don't have some bug or other problem run perfectly without any tweaking, tweaking in general is not possible without modding it, you can't use steam in any way without modding, etc. all of the things listed as can't do are possible with the steam deck or rog ally

@HenryLeeFN it runs on windows and pretty much is a pc in a box but not completly, the steam deck doesn't have the features that make it a console

@HenryLeeFN just because there it has a built in controller doesn't make it a console, like a mouse and keyboard don't turn everything into a pc, i can connect a mouse and keybord to a ps4 is the ps4 a pc now?

and the graphics are great on deck, and even if they weren't it's still a pc

@HenryLeeFN it's a handheld pc, like the rog ally except the specs, shell with buttons and OS are different, they are both still pcs

@HenryLeeFN it is, it runs on steamOS which is based on arch linux, the steam deck has a full desktop outside the big picture mode of steam and you can switch between it anytime
