Hey everyone, it's been a bit yeah? I've been mostly just zoning out and dealing with drama. Overall my summer has been fine.

• I've had my birthday, so I'm 17 now

• I still can't have my bf come over sadly :(

• I've discovered a new music artist, Nocturnes Kiss

• Drivers Ed is still being postponed until further notice

• I got a haircut! My hair is short now and I love it so much <3

Hey everyone I'm back from a break I had, and it's been somewhat difficult irl.
I've been getting threatened with being kicked out due to having a phone a friend gave me and the stress of my bfs family not on board with me moving in with them has drained me.
Also my Nintendo lowk broke, my bf is getting a charger for it to see if that'll work but for now it's a waiting game.
Grades have been great but the work has been hectic T_T

I hope everyone has been good since I've been gone though! I love you all ❤️

It's Mardi Gras and I wanted to wish everyone a happy one since not a lot of people know about it. We celebrate by having king cake (a cinnamon roll cake filled with cream cheese or other fillings), Parades where we throw candy and dance and sing to Zydeco music, serve our cultures foods and host chicken runs (where you chase a chicken in a race and try to catch it). Mardi gras beads and masquerade masks are also used during this holiday. From my knowledge, it started in my culture as a way to take from the rich and give to the poor, via catching chickens and giving them to the poor, but we have come a long way since then. There are also other places that celebrate this holiday, and some in a different way and reason too, but this is what Mardi Gras means to me, what does Mardi Gras mean to you?

Honestly i was gonna stay in my bed and cry all weekend, but then @bunnykek asked me to be their valentine. I really needed this man, especially because of the stuff i've been going through, so thank you vallie, you're awesome <3 also this is STRICTLY PLATONIC !!
