@magooty0117 The spider walk is a finger exercise designed to improve finger independence strength and dexterity it involves moving your fingers across the fretboard in a pattern that resembles a spider walking hence the name usually it means playing notes in a sequence across different strings and frets using all four fingers of your fretting hand and ouch blisters make sure your resting your hands and not playing for too long i never got blisters but my hands would cramp and lock up stretch your hands and fingers out before each practice session

Hi i just wanted to educate some users on what a pathological liar is and how to find the signs of one. Its fun to talk with people on the Internet and make friends but not so fun when you run into a liar especially when they tell you stories that get you emotionally invested and cause you to worry for them when in the end its all just a lie so here we go!

A "pathological liar" is a person who lies compulsively or habitually, often without clear reason or benefit. Unlike occasionally lying, pathological lying is persistent and can become part of a persons behavior or character. It may sometimes be linked to underlying psychology issues, but its mainly characterized by telling falsehoods frequently and seemingly uncontrollably.

Here are some signs of a pathological liar

1. Frequent lying: They lie often, even about small or unnecessary things.

2. Inconsistent stories: Their stories may change or contradict over time.

3. Lies for no obvious reason: They may lie without any clear benefit or motive.

4. High confidence: They often tell lies with confidence, making them believable.

5. Difficulty recalling details: They might start to struggle to keep their fabrications consistent.

6. Manipulative behavior: Their lying is often used to control or influence others.

7. Lack of remorse: They usually dont feel guilty or apologize for lying

8. Personal gain or attention: Lies may be used to gain sympathy, admiration, or avoid consequences

9. Compulsive nature: They seem unable to stop lying even when it causes problems.

10. History or lies: They have a long-term pattern of deceptive behavior

If you notice these signs in someone or even yourself i would encourage you seek help or try to help them also dont feel bad if you get duped by a liar i know you really thought that person had "cancer" or "unalived themselfs" but trust buddy they didn't (those are just random examples) also its more than okay to cut someone off for lying no wants to be friends with a liar because how can they be trusted? Be safe and watch out!

@magooty0117 have you tried doing the spider walk? also if you know your scales you can practice walking up and down the fret board with them my problem with guitar was the pain i felt before my hands got a nice callous and then barre chords also stretching my hands for certain chords was a pain but i eventually got it down so so will you! :)

@Andyboi i always specify acoustic cause anytime ive ever said "oh i play guitar!" im always asked acoustic electric? even though i know almost everything on acoustic translates over to electric (some chords dont sound the same or right when played on acoustic they sound better on electric)

so um i was playing recroom im crine trying to type this lmfao

i was singing in recroom and a guy heard me and told me he loved my voice and said i sounded angelic he asked me to sing a few songs he requested so i did and then we started talking and i was like "oh how old are you?" and he said 26 and i said how it was cool to see another non creepy grown person on here well we kept talking and it was okay untill i let him add me.. now our dms started off normal but then he star ted asking personal questions i could tell he was trying to figure out my type or maybe see if i was his i guess i was cause during our conversation he made weird comments at certain points like sayng "i wish i had a gf like you", "i feel bad" and i said "why?" and he said "i just miss getting hugs.. will you give me a hug?" he also told me multiple times "i love you" now im being nice to the dude cause like i can tell he's socially awakard andd iddkkk doe know how to yalk to ppl??! i notice my friend ryan comes on so i text him "IM UNCOMFORTABLE" in the group chat this whole time me and the dude are at tays singing stage so ryan joins and ask who im uncomfortable with but he figures out quick cause the dude has his mic on and every few seconds you can hear him calling my name or asking me stuff so me and ryan ae laughing our asses oof trying to figure out what to do cause the rest of the friend group isnt on then i kid you not i swear on my mamas life this man says "i love you" out loud were everyone can here then says he's my bf but then he laughs and says "just kidding im her friend" T_T also another thing forgot to menion the dude is following me all over the room where ever i go he goes i escaped him then accidentally bumped into him and he said "haha you found me!" Bruhhhhhhh we keep talking longer and he gives me his ig so i give it to ryan and ryan tells me he's ugly asf and should tell him to his face cause then he'll leave me alone T_T BUT I CANT CAUSE THATS MEAN so long story short we all have to go offline and when i got back on today the dude has texted me "i missed you and waited for you" "did you eat breakfast my love? take care of yourself" CHAT WHAT DO I DOOOO???!!!! this mf thinks im his gf im waiting for my entire friend group to be online cause we plan to confront him we've even added him to a gc untill then i guess im taken and he's my boo thang <3
