Caused by YT shorts for sure. I have ADHD and I don’t act like this— at all. There will be times I do end up “throwing a fit” is just me getting really, really, really upset. (not mad, but overstimulated yk?). This is an increasing problem and it doesn’t help that professionals and parents alike will diagnose these types of kids with ADHD when in reality it’s overstimulation and low levels of attention.

I understand if someone says, “just leave” to a situation where you literally can’t but if it’s a good piece of advice then take it. It also makes me really irritated when people let you vent and then just responds with, “me too” or “that sucks” instead of actual comfort. I get sending “that sucks” and then hugging that person (that’s good comfort imo) but just saying “that sucks” and then saying NOTHING else makes me feel worse
