This only works if u have an app woth infinite screentime
If not, js ask ur parents to add it to an educational app or a useful obe (like google doc or drive)
Once you have that
Open any other app
Then put it in pop up view(u can do this by going to tabs, clicking the icon of the app n selecting popup view)
Then, open the app wt infinite screentime without discarding the popup app(the infinite screentime has to be discarded in tabs b4 u do this btw)
Then voila!
This doesnt bypass downtime or if ur parents forcefully lock ur phone but u wont lose screetime
