Well in experience, me and Maribitt started off as moderating discord servers from my understanding. I've been modding since 2021-2022. I don't know much about the past, i don't do much modding like sitting and looking at chat, but i mod topics and posts. Most of the time, i'm thinking of ways to improve staff and stuff like that. Maribitt and the other Global Mod's are all good at modding.

Job wise, they all have been here longer than me. So, they would probably be better at making smart choices like: Banning, deleting, etc tec. Does that answer you're questions?
