You need 25 reputation, which means you have to get upvoted 25 times
Not true . At all
so it is true, a little bit. but not "not true at all" lol
No, it isn't true, as I said. I feel you're seeking attention, which isn't something I'd like to see, personally.

For those on Switch, is it that bad? Is that on Switch 1 (OLED, Lite, or original) or Switch 2? And which DNS are you using? (certain ones might have some built-in ad-blocking)
Popping up during conversations is a definite problem. I'm also not a huge fan of ads, so I'm always going to err on the side of making them be optional. The @Hide-BDNS-Ads group works well because you still have to seek it out, but also, signed-out users eg. people arriving via Google search can't join them.
If the ads are weird, how weird are we talking? Below is an example of the kinds of ads I'm seeing. Although it's a LOT of ad real estate, I also kind of feel like that's just how the Internet is these days?
Google has their own internal algorithms where they decide where to put the ads, but you can mark certain areas as "off limits" zones. That first page load though is some of the more valuable real-estate (which is also why so many news sites look so terrible). It's a trade-off for user annoyance VS ad performance, really.
Are you getting ADTraffic though? If not, what's the point in them being displayed for Switch Users.

We should make no ads a VIP perk
I like the way you think, you're a real businessperson.
@VGMoose said in Is there a way to save your topic drafts?:
Sorry, the drafts get stored locally and then get wiped when the browser reloads. The closest you can do is post and edit the thread.
We should have a category that only allows them to see their own posts, edit them, and move them to whatever category it goes in.
@Aries said in What are you doing for Easter?:
Nothing, we're not Christian so it's not a big holiday to us and i'm not at the age where i'm interested in easter eggs anymore
pretty sure there is more to it than "Easter eggs".
please let's move forward and hope that we learned from our mistakes in the past. Everyone does questionable things and may make mistakes, but we should not hold grudges and focus on improvement, site-wide.
I am quite interested in your responses, let me know!
@Kam said in User of the Year!:
where is the link to vote? or is it not open yet
Not yet, at least I don't think so.
@NightmareWolfie said in User of the Year!:
@Raven I'd make categories, it's explained there, it'd be Users of the Year B3
That too, I dont mind that. Something similar to the BDNS Awards tradition wouldn't hurt.
expect a DM or ban when I get home
It's kind of stupid to have multiple, it's made and meant to be an individual award for someone who stands out over the rest, not multiple people who stand out.
there should only be one chosen user of the year and maybe one staff nominated.
unfortunately, it's time to begin warning.
@Aries said in how do you become a mod on here?:
@Jujub_811
Don't confuse 'Toxic' with honest, or else you're just sounding rude
Why did you have to say that anyways?
I dont really find out that was beneficial to the thread at all
you apply via application or you can be handpicked. It's really up to whoever
maybe @NightmareWolfie might open applications, unsure.
