It's all justified, that's the bottom line. Get over it.

If you are banned and continue to disrespect staff, that justifies a permanent ban any day of the week and if our moderators were certainly disrespected by him I would have done the exact same thing regardless. I'm sure our staff would certainly agree with me here.

You are acting like Johnny was the only people we were removing during that time period; multiple other trolls and individuals were removed as well. Do not sit here and turn the tables on us like we did something wrong, WE did our duties and that's it. Admit he messed up and even if he didn't, he certainly did by calling me an offensive term. Our decisions will always be judgemental based mixed with our current policies as well. @Almond would certainly have banned him permanently if he openly disrespected Maribitt or any members of our staff just like I did.

Regardless, we tell you to block people and you don't (so why should we have to take the time to unban you when you appeal if you don't listen??). Doesn't quite make much sense. We tell all of you the same thing all the time. It is no longer our problem and I do not expect our staff to put up with this continuous foolishness.

We do not tolerate this behavior from anyone so do not make it seem like we made a simple exception just when he does it.

It's not like this is the only time he's been banned, he was given other chances but yet still continued with the behaviour up until recently, according to you. A staff member tried being helpful and told him to submit an appeal (which is what all staff are told to say) and he replied with utter disrespect calling them a bıtch. I don't know what you expected, especially when he was apparently trying to change his ways but then reverting back to being rude. Misunderstanding for the original ban or not, he should've thought about it before posting. Anyone could excuse a post being playful but it still doesn't change what's been said. Imagine if all bans were let off just by what the banned person excused their actions with without any proper evidence.

i do rlly wish yall had messaged him before banning him the first time bc it was a misunderstanding and the mod had jumped to assumptions, and if that had been done it would have avoided this whole situation, so ig thats like a suggestion/complaint i have for the moderation team

The Appeal Decision was up to the Moderator and the rest of the Moderation Team, let's not blame this solely on one Moderator. We all agreed not to unban him.

Short Answer; He will not be unbanned without an appeal on the permanent ban as I am the one who banned him, that is how it works.

Before anyone assumes or makes it seem like we are punishing him harder than we do with others (such as the sexual harassment case reference), everyone and I mean EVERYONE is given an opportunity to correct themselves and fix their behavior once the ban is over, which is why we do not Permanent Ban anyone often. If we can not control ourselves and what we say regardless of how foolish the person may have seemed, clearly we are no fit for this environment. That is not how the world nor this community works.

As I can not specifically discuss ban reasons, I will leave it at this and we will not be going into any further discussions.

Good evening, BrowseDNS!

After around a year of dedicated service to our Community and our Staff Team as a whole, effective immediately, our Public Relations Department will be closing it's doors to our users and will officially be discontinued. In addition to this, our Moderation Department will additionally be closing it's doors as well.

I have noticed that the activity within the Public Relations department has declined significantly, which is ideally the reason behind this decision of mine, and I think that it is in the best interest of our community.

While this may be upsetting to some, our Administration Team is focused on pushing forward, rather than being held back by the challenges that we are facing. Furthermore, our decisions are always reasonable and are made when we believe that it could benefit us in the future.

With that being said, our beloved Public Relations Team will be closed and we will open up an official BrowseDNS Staff Team which will take over the duties of the Moderation Team and the Public Relations Team entirely. Our Administration will also open up a Staffing Department which will oversee and control the daily operations and will additionally manage the staff team, the training program, and our policies.
