• Keep track of Staff Punishments
• Log Actions into our Database
• Keep up with Staff Personnel Information in our database.
• Create Google Forms when needed.
• Log everything ranging from Promotion Logs to Bans.
• Create monthly reports on our statistical information.

usually you start off as Mod, work yourself to Team Lead or something related and get promoted to Global Moderator. Once you do that, it usually takes a while (a year of hard work) to be selected for the prestigious position.

You must have misunderstood what I said (I said stop crying about it if that wasn't clear enough).

I made a mistake and put a year instead of a month as I was doing a lot a one time. Nobody wanted an excuse to permanent ban him, I quite literally OFFERED him the opportunity to appeal it. Do not start that accusing bullshit. I told you what it was, move on. He will not be unbanned until it's appealed.

that's still not my point, either way he was banned and was disrespectful to staff. Adding up all the previous incidents to this is why he was banned. I remember the entire situation, I made a mistake on the Ban Duration, I mistook it for a year.

He's not getting unbanned, stop crying about it. That's final.

nor is it a stretch. He went from a 1 year ban to a permanent ban for calling me a [censored] when I tried helping in. I do not care how special he is to you, nor do I care about him being sorry for his actions. He made a mistake and will learn from them like everyone else does.
