@007n7 It's honestly understandable to be much more comfortable speaking over text. I think it'd help if flipside could maybe work their way up to hanging out irl. For example, they start out with texting and calling their friends so they're much more comfortable with speaking to them, and they build up the courage to see them IRL ^^

Or maybe even practice by having conversations with themselves. I actually did this for a bit when I was socially inept,,,

@007n7 well, I mean a way to start is going out and finding some friends who you can hang out with while being your true self. Like,,, not the 007n7 version, but who you are in real life. Taking breaks is also a great thing to do. These can include hobbies like reading and such, or even can be as simple as watching a show or movie ;P

This sounds like I'm just trying to say "go touch grass," but I'm really not just communicating and parttaking in the real world can be such an immense help.

@Gamizavier yeah, If I'm being real, I partake in it too lmao. As someone who hyperfixates really bad on specific characters, I look for any way I can really connect with them. Hence why I mentioned the moderation part. It can really just be a non issue and I empathize with @007n7 for these exact reasons ;P

@007n7 I mean that there's nothing particularly wrong with self indulgence in moderation, it's just that activity like this can really harm your mental health. From personal experience, it seriously damages you and harms your ability to distinguish what's real and what's not. Although, I wouldn't necessarily have a complete issue with this if it wasn't for the spawnism part. The community is detrimental towards a lot of children. It's notable for its grooming and general damaging behavior, but I believe you'd know that obviously, it's not all spawnists, but it is notorious for a reason. All I'm really saying is to be careful honestly.
