We have none of these because admins too lazy to add actually useful and fun ones instead of making 10 different categories for the same thing. We don't need 7 staff request categories.

As the text above says, moderation is used as a tool to rule over others of equal true value. Mods enforce strict rules and silence those who don't obey.
