How do you deal with someone like this?/Kinda a vent

So This person I deeply love contacted me last night, then said she loved me. Know I’m upset again cause she decided to take it all back, and know I’m down again, because I was finally getting used to her ignoring me.

just move on and hold yourself up and get someone better

So this got a whole lot worse im now having random panic attacks and my paranoia is rising to the point I started believing someone was just her pretending to be someone else.

This is the kind of situation where you have to isolate yourself away from them in order to get yourself together, it is a tough solution but easy if you actually start doing so.

@Raven everytime I try to do that something new happens and it starts all over because of me having attachment issues.

I don't know what to tell you then. It's either you isolate yourself or you don't put the effort in to do it. If you are going to go right back into a situation you just left there is no point in trying to stop.

If you know someone is making your mental health bad then you should always be putting yourself first regardless of how much you love them or care for them. You need to be loving you more than other people.

Hold yourself back and just be you for a couple days, you will be fine.
