i would take black eyeshadow use it as a eyeliner create a dramatic wing look by using eyeshadow brush that has fine point use the mascara on the eyelashes any color of your choice for lipgloss

its really hard to use mascara to do eyeliner you should use the right tool for the job as they say. What's wrong with just buying an eyeliner?
