Addressing my absence from bdns.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to take a moment to address my recent absence and explain why I haven't been as active here as I normally would be. Over the past month, I've been dealing with a lot of personal challenges and circumstances that have made it difficult for me to engage with the community as much as I’d like.

For about a year now, I've been struggling with Major Depression Disorder (M.D.D), which has taken a significant toll on my mental health. There are times when I reach points where I simply can't bring myself to talk to anyone for extended periods. Sometimes, I even lose the energy and motivation to do basic things like eat, which has been pretty tough to deal with. It’s been a really challenging time, and I’ve been doing my best to seek help through therapy in hopes of managing and improving my condition. Unfortunately, so far, I haven't noticed any major changes, but I remain hopeful that things will get better with time and effort.

Despite all of this, I want to assure you all that I am still here, and I am committed to fulfilling my duties as a Forum Mod. I understand the importance of staying active and supporting the community, and I will do my best to be more present moving forward. Your understanding and patience mean a lot to me during this difficult period.
