do yall have any advice to deal with anger? (sort of a vent i think)

as of late, ive been constantly angry. i dont understand why though. the slightest things will start to drive me insane and i dont know how to deal with it. ive started lashing out at friends in my real life and i can tell theyre avoiding me more and more because of it. i dont know why im angry. i dont know how to fix it.

It could be that you're stressed, just need someone to talk to, or just need to spend like a week offline.

(have ya tried looking online on google/yt for stuff that helps? personally i like going on really long walks to deal w anger, hope this helps !!)

but ive never really had coping mechanisms ive usually jus toughed it out but ill try it thanks
