Super Animal Royale is a fun one. Also Pokémon unite if you’re into that

Fire emblem engage, unicorn overlord is a good one, Zelda Totk, cult of the lamb, cattails 2, potion permit, blasphemous 1 and 2, Zelda skyward sword remastered is fun too

Ori and the Blind Forest isnt a nintendo game, but its avalible on switch, and its also v cheap.

Odyssey if you haven't played that for some reason, then, hot take, play arms (i know its $60 and should be $15 but it gets so much less attention than it deserves)
