though this is probably fake, I really doubt raven would just give kiwi an old account if this even is kiwi the dates seem to mach up, but- 1. rave likely wouldn't break this rule, they are an admin, 2. why would he give it to kiwi? and not like almond nightmarewolfie or nared? from what I can tell raven doesn't realy have a relationship with kiwi the way he does with the mod\admins. even then, I don't think he would, even IF it was ok to do so. it seems bizzare and out of charitor for raven.
