Tools4All: Dev update & Suggestions

hello everynyan!!
this is a brief update on T4A's development of tools. for those who dont know, Tools4All is a project created by me to provide easier and more accessible tools for people (especially on limited devices, e.g nintendo switch). currently we have a free and accessible email provider, learn more at https://t4a.tech/

first, thank you all for the support! im so glad people are making use of the email service. in the coming week, i plan to release our next tool: Phonemail, an easy and convenient way to text phone numbers without an actual phone. after that, i will be working on the development of Webputer: a virtual computer that lets you browse any website, watch videos, and play games.

i'd also like to encourage anyone to offer suggestions, criticism, ideas, and support!! i want this to be a useful project that everyone will benefit from. are there any particular tools that you want to see? any quality of life improvements?

omg the phonemail idea sounds so convenient! anyways ive been using the t4a gmail thing, i think a button to delete all the trash at once would be good and a wa to restore things from the trash since its pointless to show the trash if you cant restore anything anyway:P

@maple my Chromebook only has game/apps from Google play right? weeeeeellll, they are mobile games meant for touch screen. I will genuinely be using this too as some one who isn't even on switch

@maple you know how the forum front page lets you enter a link and proceed to the site ur looking for? t4a can be a little difficult to exit, so adding something like that would be nice imo

@SweetLikeTarmac odd. to be clear, you can change your time zone by going to settings -> preferences -> user interface -> time zone. all time zones should be available on the list, if you are unsure then choose the location closest to yourself. typically it automatically finds your time zone though.

@ev.sebastian when composing an email, you can enable the "return receipt" option, which will let you know if they see your email. be aware that it asks the other person for permission.

@SweetLikeTarmac weird, what is your current time zone? (or if youre unsure, then the region of the world you live at). ill look into it

@SweetLikeTarmac ah i see. then your time zone among the list is GMT -06:00 America/Chicago. GMT and UTC are effectively the same time zone.
