I haven't been able to change my bio or update my profile for about 3 months

Everytime I try to update my profile, even if I don't add anything it still appears with an error message. What's going on?

that happens to me on switch. I have to be on a phone or laptop for it to successfully save.

@Aries I would get that error on switch a lot, I think its a switch exclusive quirk

This is only on Switch right? It's strange because your bio doesn't have anything too fancy in it, which is what I might suspect. I'll look into it by this weekend and see if I can replicate or fix the problem.

Yeah it's only switch based, last time I checked the same thing was happening to me on mppc so I think it's something to do with the forum host thingy. Thank you!

It allowed me to, but I didn't change anything. I did remove some of the color from her bio just to see if that was the issue, didn't work either.

yep, changing your profile at all won't work. As said in the original post, even if you don't change anything and hit save it'll still have the message
