One word of advice: Learning How to Type/Read, if you don't master typing/reading then the digital essays or physical essay's your slowly making your brain dumber and dumber by not actually learning how to do long form sentences without the usage of obsolete AI tools.
This can also cause actions such as taking jobs merely impossible.
