The U.K is made up of 4 countries-ish, England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and wales. If I catch you calling England the UK again I will throw a half eaten crumpet at your face

A common point of confusion is that 'Great Britain' refers to the island containing England, Scotland and wales (no Northern Ireland), While 'UK' includes Northern Ireland as well. The full name is 'The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland'
Key:
Great Britain (or just Britain for short) is England, Scotland, Wales

I cannot stress this enough, but I hope England is finally the one to knock Argentina out. I do not even watch the world cup, but it is clear as day that FIFA's been trying so hard to make their little princess Messi and Argentina win for far too long. First they robbed Cabo Verde, severely robbed Egypt, then stomped out Switzerland. England, for this one and only time, you have my support. Though, now that I think about it, England has not won since 1966. A second World Cup title is long overdue. It very well may come home.
