the guilt i feel is unbearable
every word i say i feel horrible for saying
every thing i do i feel the harsh stabs from the guilt i cary
i shouldn't be alive, the guilt knows it too
shes to blame, if it wasnt for her id be a happy little girl
now i cry into my own hands, blood on the bathroom tiles
if only she loved me i could be crying into her arms instead
but even that, i cary pounds of guilt over
i wish i didnt feel the immense pain of it
if only i could not have a care in the world
she says im a good person
she admires my "care free" spirit
im guily over the lies my soul fed her
if only tne guilt would purify me
yet it must only petrify me.
