for nintendo switch 1 or 2 users is there a way to watch youtube with dns when i try using YouTube on the browser it doesn't work

U can get the YouTube app on switch from the Nintendo shop.

yeah because they stripped video support from the browser and us switch 2 users basically have no way to watch YouTube on a switch 2
