My diagnosis.

I got diagnosed with ODD.
Not OCD or ADD
ODD
ODD is called Oppositional Defiant Disorder
Its a trauma based disorder that causes lashing out, angry mood swings, and disobedience towards Guardian figures
I cannot physically control it either.
I used to think I just had anger issues but its alot more then that.
Due to ODD i get violent episodes where I'll become very pyschical and kinda messed up in the head, these are also uncontrollable and stop by itself
I just wanna be normal
I dont wanna be mad all the time n violent
I dont wanna keep going to jail bc of this:/
