what tools are you guys using to make these neocities-like profile badges??

[st4tic]

since people started embedding images and gifs on their bios now, i'm seeing tons of badges like this, for example

and i was just wondering if you just get these pictures off a site and use them, or convert them to badges using some kind of online tool? either way, i just wanted to decorate my profile more so it'd be nice to have them displayed.

also, is there some way to link to sites using these? i'm assuming not, but i'll ask anyways just in case
